You are in: Conditions


  • Minimum stay 2 nights.
  • High season: From 27th December till 3rd January, minimun stay 7 nights. At Easter the minimum stay is 4 nights
  • Children Under 5, free; as long as they sleep in cot.
  • Final cleaning obligatory - 40€ per stay.


  • Check-in time is between 15:00 and 22:00. 
  • Check-out time is between 8:30 and 11:00.
  • If you wish to check in before 15:00, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate you.
  • If the apartment is ready, you will be able to check in earlier.
  • If there aren¨t any guests checking on the same day; you can stay in the apartment until 3 P.M. 
  • For entrances after 22 P.M, 30 euros were charged.


You will find the apartment in perfect cleaning conditions, and we hope you will leave it in a reasonable state. Cleaning service has 40€ cost which you must pay on arrival in cash to the cleaning personnel on their arrival at the apartment. 


It will be returned at the end of your stay, unless there are damages. In case of damages, their value will be taken off the deposit. If these damages exceed the deposit, it will have to be paid at the end of the stay. If the difference isn´t paid in cash it will be charged to your credit card with which you made the reservation because the person we consider “responsible and tenant” is who made the reservation. 


  • If you cancel the booking one months before, we´ll refund all the money you have paid except for “administration expenses” (25%).
  • If you cancel within those one months before the arrival date, you won´t be returned that 25% you have paid.
  • In case circumstances were not under guest¨s control,or any “ act of Good”, the percentaje expressed above will be applied
  • In the event that the client changes the dates, it will be understood as a new stay and it shall be subject to the cancellation conditions
  • PROARQUINSA should be unable to provide to the client the property he has booked, they reserve the right to transfer him to a property of similar characteristics. 
  • If no agreement can be reached both contractual parties are authorised to cancel the contract. In this case PROARQUINSA will refund to the client all monies paid (except the part corresponding to the days that the apartment was used, if this were the case). 
    PROARQUINSA will not be liable for further claims by the client.


Only the numbers of people expressed in the confirmation of reservation will be allowed to atay in the apartment.

It´s essential to respect the “rest” timetable, from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m., because these flats are located in a residential area and the rest at night is to be respected. 

In case of disturbing (loud music, parties…) or if it´s necessary to call the police, you´ll be forced to leave the flat and you´ll lose the whole payment of the rent and the deposit. 

Pet are not allow.

You are also supposed to respect the conditions and timetable of gym and swimming pool.
