Large and full of light flat, about 50 m2 with one bedroom and with all the 'mod-cons', perfect to enjoy your stay in Madrid.
Living-Dining : room with large window, decorated in current and modern style , it´s got a "bed-sofa" for two people, it´s also got cable channels in several languages (MTV, CNN, TDT= Digital TV), internet (Wifi), DVD; Hi-fi system. You also have a nice, round glass table for four people.
Bedroom with two beds of 90 cm , full equipped 'in suite' bathroom (toilette, shower), with a built-in wardrobe.
Kitchen. nicely decorated, It has as well all the electrical appliances, that´s to say: fridge, washing- drier machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, juicer, and it also has got all the necessary kitchen equipment: cutlery, crockery, pans, bowls, table cloth, napkins, etc.
Price adjustments
- Between 27 December and 3 January (+10%).
- Children Under 4, free; as long as they sleep in cot.
- For entrances after 22 P.M, 30 euros were charged.
- Final cleaning obligatory -

Deposit: 200 €
It will be returned at the end of your stay, unless there are damages. In case of damages, their value will be taken off the deposit. If these damages exceed the deposit, it will have to be paid at the end of the stay. If the difference isn´t paid in cash it will be charged to your credit card with which you made the reservation because the person we consider "responsible and tenant" is who made the reservation.
